These days I'm coming across news of left-wing students, youth, and activists coming under fascist attack through out the country. From internet to campuses, factory gates to streets of cities and villages, everywhere we can see that the fascist foot soldiers of the Nagpur based RSS is violently assaulting the people who are daring to criticise their fascist politics and nefarious communal agenda.

It is quite normal, very mundane indeed that fascist forces will use the system of bourgeois democracy to usurp power and then exalt itself and develop a cult to incite jingoism.

The followers of fascism are mostly those who belongs to the ruling classes, for our case those from the feudal landlord families, upper caste Hindus from affluent urban classes, big and medium traders, high paid staff of the multi-national corporations, and those who are intellectually paralysed to critically exclaim things.

Therefore, it is quite normal for these forces to exhibit violence in order to suppress any critical voice. Violence is embodied in the veins of the fascist monsters who subscribe to the Nagpur based RSS agenda due to their class and caste origin, due to their particular position in the production system. Their allegiance to the ruling classes and foreign monopoly-finance capital makes them the most bitter enemies of the democratic and progressive forces that oppose their notorious agenda and policies.

So when attacks and physical violence are imminent on the left-wing democratic forces, then why there is so much hullabaloo on the issue? Is it for grabbing media attention or to highlight the plight of a helpless, weak, and vulnerable political force of the country?

We need to analyse the reason of this growing moaning of the forces that identifies itself on the left side of the polity, yet replicates the syndromes of the liberal bourgeoisie in practice.

The Indian left movement is predominantly under the grip of the opportunist and revisionist trend that subscribes to the parliamentary path and vehemently rejects any revolutionary approach on the question of seizing state power. The different hues of the so-called left camp, starting from the grand old revisionist forces like the CPI, CPI (M) to the neo revisionist forces like the CPI (M-L) Liberation and other such liberal 'naxalite' forces follows the same doctrine of following the system uncritically and to build up all movements and struggles to enhance electoral prospects.

This strategy of the so-called left forces that swears allegiance to the Indian ruling classes and works as their fifth column lackeys has made it imperative for them to earn victim tag on each occassion of the mass struggles, to showcase the strength of the people in the poorest light vis a vis the strength of the fascist enemies. The focus on weaknesses than strength plays a vital role in their agenda of tying up their militant cadres in the practice of revisionist electoral politics, lest the cadres gets tempted with revolutionary spirit ever.

The revisionist forces has always highlighted the might of the reactionaries to peddle their doctrine of "peaceful coexistence", the notorious policy of Soviet leader Khrushchev. The great struggle on ideological ground took place between the revisionist capitalist roaders of Soviet Union and the revolutionary Chinese during the 1960s. During this great duet the Vietnam war became a focal point of propaganda for both parties.

On one hand the Soviet propaganda focused its campaign entirely on the task of highlighting the atrocities committed by the U.S. imperialism on the people of Vietnam; their coverage showed how badly the Yankees bombed and butchered innocent Vietnamese, they kept on reiterating that the U.S. being an evil force is all set to massacre the entire Vietnamese people.

On the other hand, the Chinese propaganda focused on highlighting the achievements of the Vietnamese people against the U.S. aggressors, how they defeated the well armed and funded Yankees relying on their own strength with courage and heroic sacrifices. The entire campaign was centred on encouraging the Vietnamese people and the people of the world to take on the U.S. aggressors considering the Yankees as nothing  more than what they are, paper tigers.

Our parliamentary stooges of the ruling classes wearing the crimson veil constantly copies the half century old, outdated and vile techniques of their Soviet ideals like Khrushchev - Brezhnev - Kosygin. However, so far these pseudo left forces achieved considerable success in discouraging people to take on the fascist forces, thanks to the constant support of the big corporate media to their endeavour of magnifying the strength of the enemies of the people.

The aim of these parties of the parliamentary 'left' bloc is to protect and safeguard the ruling classes of the country, the semi colonial and semi feudal base of the state, and to drain the revolutionary enthusiasm of their cadres and supporters to turn the latter into pawns of their revisionist opportunist agendas.

At present when the country is facing a massive surge in communal fascist activities of the Sangh outfits with active funding by the big foreign monopoly and finance capital, the policy of playing victims of fascist assault by the so-called left will attempt to weaken any anti-fascist broad national democratic struggle. As the struggle against the fascist menace can be won by the people only by intensifying the militant democratic struggle against the fascist goons and their masters. The saffron fascists deserves to be paid back in their own coin, they deserve the mightiest resistance from the people and comprador bourgeois technique of Gandhism will fail to boost the morale of the people.

For all the forces that genuinely wants to resist and defeat the fascist BJP-RSS regime of terror and atrocities, it is imperative that they purge the filth of revisionism and opportunism from their ranks and files immediately, turn their organisations into the powerful forces of the people that can build up a broad and strong anti fascist militant revolutionary struggle by uniting all democratic and patriotic forces of the country.

It is important that the genuine left and democratic forces combats the trends of revisionism and opportunism in their ranks by carrying out a strong ideological battle with the pseudo left trends in order to actually defeat communal fascism and its promoters like the feudal production system and big foreign monopoly and finance capital. The time is ticking away, to delay means death now, it is the right time to hammer the hot iron unless we want to see the people of our country being turned into fodders for corporate loot and plunder.
