BJP MP Hema Malini's overspeeding car killed a little girl of three years

The yesteryear actress and the BJP's member of parliament Hema Malini suffered a tragic road accident a few days back, which killed a little girl and injured the “dream girl” of the 1970s.

In this media-controlled society, where the corporate media outlets call the shots on what should be the headlines, the accident of Hema Malini, her injury, her slightly damaged car, her driver, and even her itinerary, became headlines brushing aside all other news. However, during this stint the story that missed the focus of the media glare was the tragic death of a little girl, who wasn't aware, I dare to guess, about the legacy of Hema Malini and the policies of the BJP. She just died at a time when she should not have, rather, she should have lived to see the world more, know and learn more, play more and be the happy girl she was meant to be.

The problem is that the little girl was neither a child celebrity nor a daughter of someone famous, so her tragic death has no repercussions on the media coverage or got the social media trotters irked. Hence, she is ignored like anyone else from the flock of common people who would die in any of the rail, road, waterways accidents every day in this country.

Yet, the media continued to focus on the wounds of Ms Malini; the dimensions of her wounds, the colour of her blood, the injections she was administered by the doctors, etc became news, because she happens to be a glamorous face of the BJP - RSS's government led by the poster boy of foreign monopoly capital and their Indian crony capitalist agents, Narendra Modi.

The fact that India happens to live in a neo-colonial setup, is glaring in front of each and every poor of the country; the white-skinned British lords are now replaced by the tanned Indian babus; the horse-drawn coaches and black Austin cars now replaced by SUVs with red beacon atop, whose unmatched speed is entitled to crush any hapless poor to death, while the back seaters of those cars are entitled to go away scot-free.

Our people have a lack of education due to utmost poverty that prevails throughout the country due to the dominant semi-feudal production system. This very semi-feudal production relation hampers any growth of progressive ideas among the broad masses, which results in high amount of cult worship of leaders that in turn makes a parasite class of politicians evolve out, mostly from the feudal classes and they help to consolidate the rule of feudalism, crony-comprador capitalism, and foreign monopoly and finance capital.

The members of our parliament, especially those of the BJP, are from the same class, they are mostly handpicked from the upper stratum of the semi-feudal society and they would leave no stone unturned to show-off their newly found power to the people, with an intention to build a cult of themselves among the people of the constituency, technically whom they are designated to represent in the parliament as mere representatives or deputies.

This power-fetish turns these parasitic political class into a highly arrogant clan and their thoughts impress the people in their closest circles, including their family and staff. So even a driver of a politician or a minister will consider the people as second class citizens, insects destined to be killed under foot. If the driver of Ms Malini was not suffering from any similar syndrome then the tragic accident would not have happened. Though the media stories will cover several dimensions of the incident and develop fantasy tales, the reality will speak for itself among the conscience of the victims, the poor.

The driver of the car will be booked and slapped with not-so-severe charges, thanks to our colonial motor accident laws and the back door negotiations, thanks to the central government that will try to get rid of any embarrassment caused due to this incidence, above all the parents of the girl will receive some monetary compensation to cover up the case and move on. But ask the parents, whether they will be able to forget their daughter and her memories i return of some money? Can they forget her interactions, playing or mischiefs? No, they will never be able to do so. No parents on earth can forget their child for any amount of compensation. The MP herself, if she tries to see things from the perspective of those hapless parents, won't be able to move on forgetting an important and beloved episode of life.

The accident happened not accidentally, but because a driver was intoxicated with driving a powerful passenger, given assurance that the powerful Modi government will back him, with an yesteryear actress turned MP telling him to drive fast. The driver will surely be a culprit, but more than that a scape goat, because he is saving those who gave him the signal to drive fast and kill people on the way.

If the MP was so concerned about others, she should have then asked the driver to drive properly; if her ideology was so good, she would have stepped out to check on the people of the other car that was tossed away by her car and should have helped those people by carrying them to a hospital along with her.

There were other people injured too, and any compassionate human being would have inquired about those in the other car. But the unscrupulous and power-hungry politicians of the RSS's mass organisation -- BJP -- don't carry the essential human quality called compassion. So they kill people with total impunity and then justify their action by victim blaming or victim shaming. Hema Malini tweeted with harsh words against the father of the deceased girl and she will be unrepentant for this, as she is a BJP MP, and power absolves people of all crimes, as it happens in India.

Hence, Hema Malini moved on, will undergo plastic surgery to cover the marks soon, the Vasundhara Raje government will soon compensate the family members and intimidate them to not speak about their agony to anyone.

In all these regular discourse of dirty politics the little girl, Chinni, will be lost forever. This is the tragic end of innocence of the nation, more deaths may follow soon as the RSS inspired fascists are steering the nation.

Adieu, Chinni !
