Peeping Out

I was interested to start the blogging thing since last ten years, and after several failed stints I'm finally starting this initiative - Avis Inde. The plan is to start two blogs, one in Bengali and another in English, and the plan is finally being implemented and I promise the readers to supply them with more political, economic and social-cultural critiques of contemporary India in this blog with the passage of time. Please remember the views published by me in this blog are very personal, and I alone bear the responsibility of its consequences.
People's Review, a web magazine that critically reviews India's economy and politics, has initiated the journey towards broadcasting truth, using facts, which is not just our tagline but also our guiding motto. I will ensure that I do not repeat or re-post same articles that I contribute there, over here, but sometimes the articles may bear some resemblances, unless I find lot of free time to write fresh articles with new topics for this blog.
Viewing this nation from a left perspective one can have too much to say, but within the limited freedom granted to us in this country we cannot use extreme polemics to reveal the truth about the policies and agendas of the ruling bloc in front of the people, but can only ensure that within the legal framework we use all available resources to reveal as much of the truth, as possible. This is something which we cannot deny to do as journalists, bloggers, writers and propagandists of the left-wing.

Wish me luck, follow the blog, write to me and feel free to criticise so that I can make this blog more of a participative blog than a personal moaning space.
